We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Drift. If you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help.

Our Policy

You are welcome to return or exchange your order within 7 days of receiving your order. To remain eligible, the pair must be in pristine, unworn condition, with the ZIPTIE securely attached, and must be returned in its original packaging, including dust bags and all accompanying tags.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Submit the Form: Fill out the return/exchange form on this page with your order number and details.

Tell Us More: Use the form to briefly explain why you’re returning the item. If you’re requesting an exchange, select your preferred size or color.

Follow the Instructions: Once your request is submitted, our team will review it and share return authorization along with step-by-step instructions to send your pair back.

Important Notes

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Final Sale: Please note that all sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.
